Well this is my 7th of 7 night shifts. I'm struggling to stay awake but have only a few hours to go at least. Though I won't get a chance to have more than a couple of hours sleep. I have a dentist appointment at 1130.

Tonight is my last night shift. So I am glad about that. I'm feeling hungry right now. Unfortunately for me i cannot have any cereal as the two previous shifts have used up all the 4 pints of milk I brought in and have not bothered to replace it.

Is it such a hard thing to run to the Tesco supermarket that is a 5 minute walk from here?

I am not sure if I am just overtired from doing the overtime this morning. Just feeling a bit lost and my insecurities are flaring up. I cannot even resort to chocolate and comfort eating as I would normally. I obviously need some manly comforting.

Doing night shifts leave me too much time to brood. Someone slap me and then give me a cuddle.
